NanoWriMo

Thanks to God and my fantastic writing buddies, my ProLife Novel was a winner in 2012.
NanoWriMo stands for National Writing Month which would be every November. It isn't just turkey month...it's a time for every author, writer, journalist, note-taker, wannabe published overly ambitious typist to take a stab at writing 50,000 words in 30 days.

My first attempt was in 2011. It was a miserable failure of an attempt, but I learned that I would need more discipline if I was to ever win a round of nano. 2012 was much different. I had a vision for the plot, I had an outline, I had a direction, and most importantly, I had a fellowship of writers who were also determined to win. If memory serves me right, I believe we all won that year. The following year, I didn't have enough time to devote to writing a book, so I decided to write blog posts to encourage other Nanos in their writing.
